Virtues Cards2.0.2 - Google Play

The Virtues Cards app is an easy-to-use tool to aid you in your everyday quest to acquire and cultivate virtues. It’s a fast pass to a life of joy, meaning, and purpose.

Based on work endorsed by the Dalai Lama and honored by the United Nations, the app offers simple guidance to help people strengthen qualities such as compassion, excellence, gratitude, strength, hope, resilience and justice. Like a book of daily readings, it is designed to help you achieve a strong focus in your personal, professional and spiritual growth, only with far greater utility.

The Virtues Cards app has many applications. It can be used in decision making; to strengthen relationships; enhance values and ethics; create a positive mindset; or simply to provide a positive focus for your day.

Set a daily reminder to do a Virtues Pick and see how integrating the virtues into your daily routine begins to change your life and the lives of those around you. Parents can use the app to raise children of compassion and integrity. Educators can reference the app to create safe and caring spaces for learning. Civic and business leaders can apply virtues to encourage excellence, ethical conduct, and a culture of recognition and gratitude in the workplace.

The cards are based on research by The Virtues ProjectTM, a grassroots initiative founded in 1991 to help children and youth develop authentic self-esteem and encourage their practice of virtues in everyday life. It quickly expanded as a global movement for people of all ages to value life more deeply and become the change they wished to see in the world.

People worldwide have been using physical cards for decades. Now, thanks to the Virtues Cards app, it’s easier than ever to make virtues top of mind and incorporate them into daily living.
